Third Annual Men’s Night
Learn more about Chesterton Academy while enjoying fellowship, a delicious tri-tip dinner, and a talk by special guest speaker Carl E. Olson, noted author and editor of Catholic World Report, presenting: Fathers as Priests, Prophets, and Kings.
All of the baptized share in the three-fold office of Christ. What does this mean for fathers? How should our participation in the divine life of the Triune God mold us as men, husbands, and fathers? Mr. Olson reflects on these important questions, drawing upon Scripture, Tradition, Pope St. John Paul II, and, yes, G. K. Chesterton!

CA Unite
We are joining the other Chesterton schools in Oregon for a day of learning, fellowship, and competition at the campus of Chesterton Academy of the Willamette Valley in Mt. Angel!
Oregon March for Life
Our students will be participating with other Chesterton Academies in Oregon at the Capitol for the Oregon March for Life from 2:30PM on Saturday, May 20th.

On May 22, 1969 Oregon became one of the first states in the nation to legalize abortion. This was followed by the U.S. Supreme Court’s infamous Roe v. Wade decision in 1973 that made abortion the “law of the land” until it was overturned in the Supreme Court’s historic 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson ruling.
For over 50 years, Oregon Right to Life has gathered pro-life advocates of all ages to remember the lives lost to abortion and encourage hope and action to support mothers to choose life for their children. Changing our March for Life from January to May signals a renewed focus on our responsibility to utilize our resources within our own state, including within our state legislature, to restore the right to life for the unborn right here in Oregon.

Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday is celebrated around the country on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving to encourage citizens, in the spirit of gratitude, to make monetary donations to causes that matter. For Catholics, as we enter the Advent season which culminates in Christmas—the ‘season of giving’—it can never be too early to show our appreciation and support for those causes which we are called to support.

Spring Art Exhibition
Calling all artists in our parish community to enter the creative works of your hands—to magnify God in Truth, Goodness, and Beauty.
All forms of art—painting, photography, pottery, needlepoint, poetry, etc.—accepted.
Work must be ready to display and submitted by Sunday, May 11th.
This is a collaboration between St. Mary parish and the Chesterton Academy.

Oregon March for Life
For over 50 years, Oregon Right to Life has gathered pro-life advocates of all ages annually to remember the lives lost to abortion and encourage hope and action to support mothers to choose life for their children.
Join thousands of Oregonians on May 17th at the Oregon State Capitol as we continue to advocate for a culture of life in Oregon. The band will begin playing at 2:05pm with speakers starting at 2:30pm. The Oregon March for Life will begin immediately following.
Chesterton Academies Field Day & Social
Students of the Chesterton Academy of St. Andrew will be attending a Field Day and Social at the Chesterton Academy of the Willamette Valley (Mt Angel), alongside students from CA Frassati (Portland) and CA Rogue Valley (Medford).
